Our Deadly, Daily Chemical Cocktail


It’s impossible to know what you’re eating when dining at restaurant­s. Cooking meals at home gives me more control because I’m the one shopping for the ingredient­s and I am the chef. When shopping for groceries I read food labels and do my best not to purchase products with long ingredient lists, preservati­ves or additives. Baked goods are the one item where it’s nearly impossible to avoid preservati­ves or additives.
